Memory foam holds the shape with pressure on it and is a dense, heavy foam. When this large box arrived, the wedge was clearly a light, standard foam that these liars were overcharging for. You can find a foam wedge for much cheaper elsewhere on Amazon. On the other hand, returning this large, bulky box to my not-so-nearby UPS store without a car is not feasible, so I'm stuck with it. I jammed it under the mattress to elevate the mattress and it does the job. I give them 1 start for lying on their posting, but then I felt morally obligated to raise it to two stars because they promptly refunded me when they realized their mistake.
