The color is a little bit darker than white, the form and shapes of dishes are not perfect as expensive ones. But they are very pretty, elegant and good price. I will use them as daily and special occasions. I had to replace about ten of them because there were some spot, bumps, rough parts. I did not have any problems with their customer service. They are very nice and they sent me the replacements immediately. I will enjoy to using them everyday. I will update how they are with dishwasher.
